Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient evaluations to assess mobility issues, pain levels, and functional capabilities, ensuring tailor-made treatment plans.
• Implement various manual therapy techniques aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing patients' physical function.
• Design and oversee personalized rehabilitation programs, including progressive strength and movement exercises to promote recovery.
• Continuously modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, fostering open communication with individuals about their recovery journey.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation protocols, self-care strategies, and preventive measures to support ongoing health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active and valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics is required.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with experience in WebPT preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Restore and Rise Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
