Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients using clinical assessments, tests, and measurements tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient, focusing on post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, and effective pain management strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring streamlined communication within the healthcare team.
• Engage actively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, facilitating discussions that address concerns and barriers to treatment.
• Educate patients on their rehabilitation roles and strategies, empowering them to take an active part in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to assess patient progress and revise care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will provide care to a wide range of patients with varying conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, each requiring personalized attention and care plans that reflect their specific needs and conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Completed an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and the ability to work with patients of varying abilities and comorbidities.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred, with a depth of knowledge in post-operative care and rehabilitation practices.
• Experience working with advanced therapeutic modalities and treatment technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
