Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert orthopedic physical therapy services, focusing on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients across various demographics.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patient needs, goals, and comprehensive medical histories.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including specialized modalities and manual therapy techniques, to optimize patient outcomes and recovery times.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, ensuring coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies, recommended home exercises, and effective self-care practices to enhance recovery and improve long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role is crucial in aiding these individuals to regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall functionality in daily activities, thus allowing them to return to work and enjoy life fully.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state licensure/certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialization in orthopedic physical therapy is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a proven track record of patient-centered therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
