Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their orthopedic conditions, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative rehabilitation techniques.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual therapies to facilitate recovery and improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, rehabilitation strategies, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or certifications in related fields are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience. In addition to a strong salary, we offer:
