Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services to patients of various ages in a dynamic outpatient setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon initial visits, evaluating physical capabilities and identifying limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to unique patient needs, incorporating evidence-based practices to enhance healing.
• Utilize innovative modalities and hands-on techniques to facilitate recovery, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions and effective self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adhering to all regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population with a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients seeking relief from debilitating conditions, guiding them through their recovery and educating them on preventing future injuries.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated specialization or significant experience in orthopedic care, including familiarity with various treatment techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and treatment skill set, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster patient relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
