Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, with a focus on providing therapy in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, establishing baseline functional levels and identifying areas for improvement and intervention.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that interventions align with evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality application, to effectively enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Engage patients and their families in the therapeutic process by educating them about exercises, home safety modifications, and preventative strategies for future injuries.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will encompass a diverse group of patients, ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals working through rehabilitation after surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
