Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, providing you the opportunity to work closely with patients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs, creating individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal recovery.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to increase mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, exercise techniques, and home care strategies to promote self-management and ongoing recovery post-therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously within our electronic health record system, adjusting treatment plans based on objective feedback and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, integrating feedback from physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to newly licensed Physical Therapists and participate in community outreach programs to promote the importance of rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists mainly of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or other mobility impairments. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will work directly with a diverse array of clients, from active athletes to seniors requiring support for chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong understanding of treatment methodologies for musculoskeletal conditions, with a demonstrated ability to utilize evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience
