Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Physiocare, your work environment will be primarily onsite, providing therapy in clients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations tailored to children's and adults' diverse needs in their home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices, ensuring measurable goals are established for each client.
• Continuously assess clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate the progress of treatment and modify interventions as needed to align with patient goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families about their therapy processes, expected outcomes, and potential challenges, empowering them through knowledge.
• Strive to meet organizational goals for client utilization and other business objectives, while providing top-tier therapy services.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• A current and unrestricted physical therapy license from the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• Comfort and willingness to provide both in-person assessments and telehealth consultations when appropriate for the patient's needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pediatric physical therapy and/or working with geriatric populations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
