Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with fellow health professionals in a holistic approach, ensuring consistency in communication regarding patient progress and care strategies.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to optimize results.
• Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to facilitate recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey physical therapy license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

At Clinica Recovery LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
