Flex & Move Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis at our outpatient office located in Clifton, New Jersey. Work Environment

This role will be based in our outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with a team of physical therapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare providers. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life synergy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, aimed at addressing each patient's individual rehabilitation goals.
• Apply modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and equipment-assisted therapies for pain management and mobility enhancement.
• Provide educational resources regarding body mechanics, proper posture, and strategies for injury prevention to empower patients in their recovery journeys.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes and modifying treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care management and promote coordinated health outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating the ability to manage varied rehabilitation needs.

Compensation and Benefits
