Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, analyzing their medical histories and assessing their physical conditions to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in goal setting for their recovery.

• Implement advanced treatment protocols tailored to each patient based on their individual evaluation, progress, and continuously evolving healthcare standards.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting patient progress and modifications to the care approach comprehensively.

• Engage in effective discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring clarity in documentation including initial evaluations, daily progress notes, and comprehensive discharge summaries that reflect each patient's journey.

• Exhibit strong time management skills while meeting productivity goals, maintaining an organized schedule, and participating in marketing initiatives to promote our services.

• Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives, adhering rigorously to all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Engage in lifelong learning by pursuing continuing education opportunities and mentoring students or new staff as a clinical instructor.

• Focus on enhancing the patient experience by being adaptable and responsive to individual needs, promoting access to care, and actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from post-operative patients to individuals recovering from chronic pain or injury. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist is mandatory as per your specific location.

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification must be maintained.

• While prior experience is valued, it is not a prerequisite for applicants.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with at least one year of clinical experience, allowing them to engage with patients confidently and competently. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is particularly advantageous

Compensation and Benefits
