We are seeking a NJ licensed Physical Therapist who is enthusiastic, well-organized, compassionate, and enjoys collaborating with other specialists. Compensation $80,000 – $100,000 Benefits Full Time Position (36-40 Hours) No Weekends 2-3 Weeks PTO Up to $1000 CEU Reimbursement Salary negotiable based on experience Education postgraduate degree Qualifications Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the APTA Must possess a current NJ State license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Active CPR Certification Skills Be a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities. Embrace working with a diverse clientele, effectively managing and adapting to different personalities. Showcase outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect and engage with patients and colleagues. Responsibilities Swiftly document treatments and visit outcomes, ensuring timely and accurate records. Create tailored, in-depth treatment plans to meet and exceed each patient’s needs and aspirations. Engage in one-on-one treatments, showcasing therapeutic exercises and techniques. Inspire and empower patients through their treatment journey, playing a crucial role in their progress and recovery. Deliver exceptional care and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and staff for holistic and comprehensive patient care. Ensure smooth workflow by securing MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
