Resilience Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis in Paterson, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health and limitations.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously to track improvements, modify treatment approaches as necessary, and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide hands-on therapy that includes manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education on self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to create a comprehensive approach to patient recovery.
• Advise patients on techniques for injury prevention and strategies to facilitate long-term health and mobility maintenance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Your role is critical in enhancing their recovery journey, providing them with the tools and knowledge to manage their conditions effectively, and ultimately enabling them to regain functional independence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, verifying your compliance with New Jersey's regulatory standards.
• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, providing you with the theoretical and practical foundations necessary for quality care.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings, highlighting your capacity to assess and treat a wide array of musculoskeletal injuries.

Compensation and Benefits

Resilience Physical Therapy offers an attractive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
