Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical function, assessing their strength, mobility, and overall physical capabilities.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques to identify specific treatment needs based on individual evaluations.
• Designing and implementing personalized therapy programs that focus on restoring function and alleviating pain through targeted exercises and therapy modalities.
• Employing a mix of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and specialized modalities to promote healing.
• Providing education to patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation processes, and recommended home exercise regimens.
• Collaborating closely with physicians, case managers, and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care and coordinate treatment plans.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate a seamless rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with orthopedic patients in need of rehabilitation following injury or surgery, as well as those managing chronic conditions. Our diverse patient population includes athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, seniors rehabilitating from joint replacements, and individuals looking to improve their functional mobility. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated clinical competency in orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
