The role is set in a home care facility located in the vibrant Township of Washington, NJ, where you will provide direct care and rehabilitation services in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs thoroughly and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving patients' functional abilities while minimizing reliance on medication and invasive procedures.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, providing positive reinforcement and encouragement to ensure maximum engagement in their recovery journeys.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes, documenting all interactions and care provided in compliance with company protocols and state regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, home exercises, and community resources to promote ongoing health and wellness.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while performing therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will include a diverse array of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Eligibility for certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A clean record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures against your professional license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating effective patient care and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in developing individualized exercise regimens tailored to various levels of patient mobility.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques that enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and documentation best practices in a home care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
