Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations using evidence-based practices to establish comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to assist patients in their recovery process.
• Engage with physicians, occupational therapists, and chiropractors in case discussions to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients on their recovery processes, injury prevention strategies, and at-home therapeutic exercises to enhance outcomes.
• Utilize our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to maintain precise, up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
• Actively participate in clinical rounds, case conferences, and workshops to continuously improve both personal and team knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We aim to assist each patient on their unique journey towards recovery, employing both advanced medical interventions and personalized care strategies. Our goal is to empower individuals by restoring their mobility and functionality while enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
