Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Physic Rehab Services LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, including a comprehensive assessment of strength, mobility, and functional performance.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques and clinical reasoning to determine individual treatment needs and establish personalized therapy plans.
• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and specialized modalities tailored to each patient.
• Educating patients and their families on effective rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention techniques, and recommended home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes, proactively attending interdisciplinary meetings and case conferences.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and additional training to stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus primarily on adult patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits
