Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with orthopedic injuries, including detailed evaluations to ascertain functional capabilities and limitations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring that plans reflect the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education, to enhance recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress over time, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evidence and patient feedback.
• Instruct patients on injury prevention techniques, rehabilitation methods, and home exercise protocols to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records that comply with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license to practice in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in the fields of orthopedics, outpatient therapy, and rehabilitation.
• Strong proficiency in orthopedic assessments and treatment planning, coupled with a solid understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
