Key Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy services to patients, employing evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting mobility.
• Devise and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient, taking their medical history into consideration.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and continuous patient care, participating in team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.
• Provide education to patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention, and strategies for self-management to enhance recovery and prevent future issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work primarily with patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographic includes individuals of all ages, from adolescent athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors regaining strength post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
