Work Environment

This onsite position is set within a dynamic rehabilitation facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure designed to support a wide range of therapeutic interventions. The typical work hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients suffering from various orthopedic injuries and conditions, utilizing clinically validated assessment tools.
• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Delivering a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to optimize recovery and rehabilitation.
• Closely monitoring patient progress, consistently adjusting treatment plans to align with evolving recovery trajectories.
• Providing education on injury prevention, effective rehabilitation techniques, and developing home exercise regimens that empower patients post-therapy.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Maintaining precise and comprehensive patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations, facilitating enhanced patient safety and quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will help guide patients of all ages—from athletes returning to sports to seniors working on mobility and independence—through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in ortho-related fields, with a strong emphasis on outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic evaluation, treatment planning, and patient care execution.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, essential for working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
