Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services tailored to each patient's unique needs in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, articulate findings to patients, and develop detailed treatment plans grounded in clinical evidence.
• Organize and preplan therapy sessions to ensure a seamless workflow, maximizing each patient's time and engagement during treatment.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques within private treatment rooms, ensuring patient comfort and enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and optimize treatment protocols that improve patient outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation to continuously enhance patient care methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves active adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries, including but not limited to joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will build strong, lasting relationships with your patients, focusing on rehabilitation as well as maintenance and preventative care to ensure long-term success in their physical health.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of New Jersey.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic settings preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with strength and conditioning programs and manual therapy techniques.
• CPR Certification and any additional certifications in therapeutic modalities or specialized areas of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
