Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position that requires you to engage with patients directly in our rehabilitation facility. You will work Monday through Friday, typically from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our center features a modern workspace equipped with advanced rehabilitation tools, including electrotherapy devices, resistance equipment, and personalized therapy spaces. You'll be surrounded by a supportive team of healthcare professionals committed to collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional status, utilizing standardized assessment tools to derive thorough treatment plans.
• Implement targeted evidence-based interventions, adjusting techniques to suit individual patient needs for maximizing recovery.
• Develop and manage personalized therapeutic exercise regimens aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing further injuries.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient progress, sharing insights and tailoring treatment plans to foster optimal recovery.
• Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies for injury prevention and management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects the patients' progress and treatment interventions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is necessary.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, allowing for individualized treatment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
