Key Responsibilities

• Engage in consultations with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, making necessary modifications to treatment plans as required.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols, reassessing patients regularly to tailor interventions based on their progress and needs.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, expected outcomes, and the importance of adherence to therapeutic exercises at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, lead quality improvement projects, and contribute to departmental marketing efforts.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to promote professional development and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
