Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their specific rehabilitation needs, focusing on recovery from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic approaches, including exercise, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, track, and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapy procedures and the use of any recommended assistive devices to promote independence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to align treatment plans with overall health goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field through continuous education, attending workshops, and reviewing professional literature.
• Introduce new rehabilitation techniques and streamlined workflows to enhance patient care and improve clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation.
• Current CPR certification is a must.
