Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients in both acute and outpatient settings.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to promote recovery based on patient assessments and established goals.

• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patients' medical history, performing specialized assessments, and formulating actionable recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring a seamless transition for patients leaving our facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions related to the musculoskeletal system. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
