Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our Woodbridge office, where you will collaborate closely with a small team of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The work environment is energetic and patient-focused, with a daily schedule designed to balance patient treatment and administrative responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Create and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, with an expectation of seeing one patient per hour.
• Provide cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance patient mobility while minimizing reliance on medications or surgical procedures.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to improve overall patient outcomes.
• Document all treatment services and patient interactions comprehensively for continuity of care and compliance with best practices.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation process, ensuring they remain engaged and invested in their recovery.
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including referring physicians, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Promote a healthy and active lifestyle through tailored fitness and wellness programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on patients dealing with orthopedic issues, which may include sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our diverse patient population allows for dynamic case discussions and holistic care strategies. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for consideration.
• Valid New Jersey state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in manual therapy and the ability to formulate and oversee exercise regimens.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care in a busy outpatient environment.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
