Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, diseases, or surgeries, determining appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs, integrating various modalities such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatments, outcomes, and readjusting therapy goals as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and the use of assistive devices to promote self-care and independence.
• Lead patient training sessions and workshops for caregivers and families, enhancing their understanding of rehabilitation techniques and procedures.
• Stay current in the field by attending professional workshops, participating in industry training, and maintaining active membership in relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
