Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including detailed history reviews and targeted assessments, to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings, establish treatment goals, and integrate their input into the overall strategy.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adapting to each patient's specific needs and responding to changes in their health status.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously, including initial evaluations, ongoing treatment notes, progress summaries, and discharge planning, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize productivity while ensuring timely attendance at meetings and active participation in departmental objectives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and achievement of departmental goals and engage in compliance with governing regulations.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development initiatives, taking on the role of clinical instructor for students as needed.
• Exhibit flexibility in responding to patient needs and organizational changes while promoting exceptional customer experiences through effective communication.
• Take initiative in efforts to enhance community awareness and participation through marketing activities and access initiatives.

Qualifications
