Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care or facility setting, assessing their physical abilities and limitations post-injury, disease, or surgery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, including a variety of therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Implement treatment regimens to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and facilitate recovery, ensuring each patient progresses toward their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient treatments, responses, and progress to inform ongoing care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and provide training on the use of assistive devices and techniques for daily living.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on new research and methodologies relevant to physical therapy.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient, aligning treatment goals across disciplines.

Qualifications
