Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and procedures to produce beneficial changes in patients' conditions and functions, in line with physicians' plans of care.
• Provide patient education and support, involving caregivers when necessary to optimize understanding and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, contributing to an enriching environment for both patients and co-workers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to share insights and strategies aimed at maximizing patient outcomes.
• Meet established minimum utilization and productivity goals while maintaining high standards of care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in designated electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a variety of conditions across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Our patients range from individuals recovering from injuries to children requiring developmental support, each necessitating tailored treatment approaches to foster recovery and mobility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant physical therapy practice.
• Current CPR Certification and proficiency in basic life support techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems to maintain accurate patient records.
• Ability to build strong rapport with each patient and encourage them to achieve their functional goals.
• A genuine desire to positively connect with people and nurture relationships within the community.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, and pediatric or neurological therapy are particularly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits
