Deep Care Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist for a full-time position at our Woodbridge, New Jersey rehabilitation center. Work Environment

The role is located on-site at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Woodbridge. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans based on the individual needs and goals of each patient.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, to enhance patient recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic best practices.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, empowering them with the knowledge to participate actively in their rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care, attending team meetings to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have throughout their treatment experience.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and other performance metrics that drive clinic success and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Deep Care Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurologic Disorders, and sports-related issues. You will craft individualized treatment strategies aimed at restoring optimal movement and function, contributing to a holistic care approach focused on long-term health.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Completion of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant physical therapy documentation platforms.
• Experience in specialized areas such as sports medicine, pediatrics, or orthopedics is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
