Work Environment

This full-time role is situated within our custom-designed outpatient facility that emphasizes patient comfort and advanced clinical practice. Our team collaborates closely within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. The practice promotes advanced clinical skills and facilitates hands-on learning to improve our therapists' patient treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of crucial tasks, including:

• Developing and executing individual treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each patient's needs and goals.
• Collaborating effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver cohesive patient care that optimizes recovery.
• Maintaining meticulous daily documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Applying your expertise to determine and implement the most effective treatment modalities, relying on evidence-based practices tailored to each patient.
• Conducting ongoing evaluations to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Staying updated with federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practices to ensure compliance in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually , depending on experience. Our benefits program comprises:
