Our state-of-the-art clinic spans 5,000 square feet and features the latest advancements in sports medicine technology, providing a conducive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. Our practice primarily caters to individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring a diverse yet focused patient demographic.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will work in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere alongside two experienced Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our facilities are equipped with modern therapeutic tools and modalities, facilitating an optimal environment for patient recovery. The expectation is to observe standard operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's specific needs and objectives.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, typically accommodating one patient per hour to ensure quality treatment and personalized attention.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of evidence-based techniques to optimize movement and function.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to enhance patient mobility while reducing pain.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document each patient interaction systematically, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Offer patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and sustained wellness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and related musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will significantly impact their recovery journey, helping them regain the strength, flexibility, and confidence necessary to return to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensing as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise design.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly platforms like WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
