In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions. Work Environment

You will work onsite in our vibrant outpatient office located in Harrington Park. Our facility is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere, allowing for optimal patient engagement and recovery. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical impairments and pain levels, using standardized assessment tools to establish a clear treatment baseline.
• Design tailored treatment plans based on individual patient assessments, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional activity training.
• Administer high-quality physical therapy interventions to address a range of conditions such as fractured bones, joint replacements, sprains, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on their conditions and recovery processes, empowering them with knowledge to facilitate their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress using EMR systems (specifically WebPT), ensuring compliance with industry regulations and facilitating smooth team communication.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and improve therapy practices, contributing to an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient setting, you will primarily focus on treating patients with orthopedic issues, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults with degenerative conditions. Your expertise will allow you to address specific needs, optimize rehabilitation strategies, and enhance the overall patient experience. By creating strong relationships with your patients and understanding their goals, you will contribute significantly to their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• A valid and current New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Competence in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience treating diverse patient populations, including post-operative orthopedic patients and individuals with sports injuries.
• Proficient in developing and implementing advanced rehabilitation protocols tailored to specific conditions.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
