Motion Menders Therapist is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our rehabilitation center located in Passaic, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for a variety of clients, including children and adults dealing with orthopedic, neurological, and developmental conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting individual patient needs and goals, applying evidence-based practices.
• Continuously reassess patient conditions to evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to therapy approaches and objectives as warranted.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care through SOAP notes, progress summaries, and treatment plans through our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, ensuring they understand potential challenges and strategies for overcoming them.
• Meet or exceed productivity and utilization targets as established by the facility to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across various therapeutic disciplines to provide comprehensive care for patients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals across various age groups, races, and diagnoses, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Ability to provide evaluations and treatments both in-person and virtually via telehealth where appropriate.
• A passion for working with a diverse array of patients of different ages and backgrounds.
• Strong adaptability and the ability to pivot in response to changing healthcare needs.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills, essential for collaboration with colleagues and interaction with patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and wellness.
