Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy by managing the comprehensive therapeutic care of assigned patients, coordinating efforts with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on achieving measurable health goals while promoting patient engagement.
• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and supervise rehabilitative care throughout the continuum of recovery, ensuring adherence to best practices and the latest evidence-based methodologies.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the use of therapeutic exercises, appliances, and prosthetic devices, ensuring they understand necessary procedures for continued care outside of sessions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.

Preferred Experience

Though no experience is necessary, candidates with internships, clinical rotations in rehabilitation settings, or specific training in orthopedic therapy will be preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and rehabilitation technologies is advantageous.
