Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to create personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families while actively involving them in goal setting.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to the unique needs of each patient and adapt plans based on their progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to ensure coordinated care and address any changes in patient conditions.
• Manage thorough documentation of all patient care activities, including evaluation notes, progress summaries, and discharge planning, to maintain a clear record of patient journeys.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations and efficiently maintain an organized schedule.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and drive the achievement of established goals and objectives while adhering to all regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including pursuing continuing education opportunities and serving as a clinical instructor for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must possess a valid state license for physical therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits
