Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical capabilities and limitations, determining their rehabilitation needs.
• Design, implement, and adjust personalized therapeutic exercise plans based on clinical evaluation results and patient goals.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their family members about therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention measures to encourage compliance and improve outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient documentation, tracking progress, treatment approaches, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences, collaborating with fellow professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will interact with a varied patient population that may include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, strokes, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
