Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, utilizing advanced assessment techniques tailored for orthopedic care.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population, aligning therapeutic goals with patient needs and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to maximize recovery.

• Collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies and ensure high-quality patient care.

• Provide education to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about injury prevention, home exercise regimens, and long-term self-care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient encounters, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in alignment with regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development efforts, including team meetings, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions requiring tailored rehabilitation. We serve a diverse clientele, including athletes, older adults, and individuals recovering from trauma. The holistic approach ensures that every patient receives care that addresses both their physical and emotional well-being, promoting faster and more effective recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, demonstrating proficiency in applying therapeutic interventions.

• Certification and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with orthopedic care practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Forge Physical Therapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
