Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address patient needs and mobility goals.
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 individuals per hour, delivering focused therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to create customized care plans that leverage a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Engage patients in creating tailored fitness and wellness regimens that reflect their distinct rehabilitation needs.
• Facilitate the reduction of reliance on prescription medications by promoting non-surgical options and holistic therapies.
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans based on evaluative measures and patient feedback.
• Record patient services meticulously, ensuring compliance with EMR requirements and documenting progress accurately.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other medical specialists to deliver comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the State of New Jersey.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience

• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.
• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient care settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
