Work Environment

This position requires an onsite commitment, as our physical therapists provide in-home care to patients across North Bergen and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical conditions, functional abilities, and patients' unique rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each patient.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based modalities.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting improvements or setbacks to ensure adaptive treatment strategies are employed as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about effective home exercise programs, preventative care techniques, and modifications to support recovery in daily living.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care across all disciplines.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques that demonstrate improved patient outcomes.
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory standards for documentation and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our typical patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy or a related field, with a solid foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply various therapeutic techniques and to evaluate their effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
