Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on their specific recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise regimens, hands-on manual techniques, and technological aids to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes, adapting strategies based on clinical evidence and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation procedures, self-care strategies, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, networking, and continuing education to remain current with industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient base includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and various medical conditions, such as stroke, orthopedic issues, and chronic pain disorders. You will work with both children and adults, customizing interventions to cater to a range of physical capabilities and therapeutic needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with a valid physical therapy license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
