Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, challenges, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modality use to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on clinical evaluations and patient feedback.
• Implement patient education programs, equipping patients and their families with knowledge about self-management techniques and home exercise regimens.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and maintain continuity in patient rehabilitation processes.
• Provide training for the effective use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment to foster patient independence in daily activities.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices by attending workshops, participating in continuing education, and joining professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
