Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, devising tailored treatment plans that consider individual needs and therapeutic goals.
• Employ a variety of treatment methods, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and innovative modalities to alleviate pain and enhance patient mobility.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and hands-on training to patients, caregivers, and family members about treatment protocols and the effective use of assistive devices.
• Stay current with professional practices by attending educational workshops, maintaining memberships in professional organizations, and engaging in networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of patient health and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Happy & Joyful Thoughts, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults facing a variety of challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 yearly , complemented by a generous benefits package including:
