Key Responsibilities

• Direct and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Assess clients' physical capabilities through diagnostic tests and evaluations, identifying specific goals for recovery.
• Oversee the activities of physical therapy assistants, ensuring effective execution of treatment plans and compliance with established protocols.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of the home environment to facilitate effective rehabilitation recommendations.
• Administer manual therapeutic exercises, assist with non-manual activities, and implement specialized treatments such as traction and massage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case conferences to evaluate and refine treatment strategies.
• Prepare detailed clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to document patient progress.
• Engage with clients and families to provide education on therapy techniques and equipment use, reinforcing their involvement in the recovery process.
• Provide clinical support in a timely manner, ensuring documentation and orders are submitted per branch policy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist at Nealy Fitness Rehab Center will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
