Work Environment

Our physical therapists work onsite in a team-based outpatient clinic where collaboration is key. You will share the workspace with skilled professionals, enhancing your practice and enabling comprehensive patient care. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough one-on-one evaluations with patients to assess their specific needs, incorporating a holistic view of their health and wellness.
• Create and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to patients' unique conditions and goals, using a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Administer progressive treatment methods, employing both manual techniques and technology-assisted therapies to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Regularly review and adjust patient treatment plans based on progress, feedback, and evolving needs, ensuring continued effectiveness in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, from those requiring rehabilitation post-surgery to individuals managing chronic conditions. Our clientele includes athletes seeking performance enhancement, elderly patients recovering from injuries, and individuals with musculoskeletal disorders. By understanding the unique challenges and aspirations of each patient, you will make a significant impact on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for collaborating with both patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in developing and implementing individualized therapy protocols.
