As a full-time member of our practice, you will primarily work in the home care setting, providing individualized therapy to patients within the comfort of their own homes. Work Environment

You will work onsite within the Edison community, directly visiting patients in their homes from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional assessments to develop detailed rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Implement and adjust individualized therapy interventions based on ongoing patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with chiropractors and MDs to synchronize care efforts, ensuring a seamless treatment experience for our patients.
• Monitor and document patient improvements in rehabilitation and adapt strategies to maximize outcomes.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic tools and modalities, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices during patient sessions.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to actively engage in their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong preference for advanced degrees and certifications.
