You will be working in diverse home settings across Perth Amboy, providing therapy directly to patients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions through comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans aimed at healing and improved mobility.
• Utilize a varied approach in treatment methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance physical function.
• Regularly document patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, their families, and care teams regarding therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and home care best practices.
• Stay current on industry advancements and treatment techniques by participating in workshops and professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will include a diverse range of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. The age range will span from children to seniors, and you will be vital in helping them regain independence and functionality in their daily lives. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey is mandatory.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care, responding to their unique needs.

Preferred Experience
