Work Environment

In this role, you will primarily work in patients' homes, which allows you to provide tailored therapeutic interventions in a comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine individual needs and create customized treatment plans.
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions based on the latest evidence-based practices and monitor patient progress.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education and support to ensure adherence to treatment plans and maximize recovery potential.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques to improve patient condition and function as outlined in the physician's plan of care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment adaptations, ensuring compliance with medical and legal standards.
• Meet minimum utilization and performance goals to contribute to the overall success of the clinic while enhancing patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, focusing on multiple specialties, including orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapies, neurological conditions, and sports medicine. Your work will directly impact patients' lives by restoring their functional abilities and promoting their independence, thus delivering care that truly makes a difference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Strong computer skills, focusing on patient management systems for efficient record-keeping and communication.
• A genuine commitment to fostering relationships and engaging positively with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy role.
• Current CPR certification is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
