Work Environment

This role is primarily based in the homes of our patients, providing a personalized in-home care experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with a structured 40-hour work week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while engaging in meaningful patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred for physical therapy, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Implement and modify treatment programs based on the progress and feedback of each patient, utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities.
• Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers, empowering them to actively participate in the recovery process.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that each patient feels valued and understood throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes and meet established utilization goals, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid state licensure in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Care Ring Physical Therapy Services offers a competitive compensation structure with starting salaries ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
